Customer Service (IT) (20K–25K) (SDG-114454)
<Job responsibilities>
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide information to customers about Services / GPS Tracking
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with technical TEAM
- Support documents for technical service TEAM
- Ability to Arrange a Training for customers
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business computer or related field
- Have 1-3 years experiences in IT support or customer service.
- Conversational middle in English to Use email
- Good and clear communication skill.
- Have a pleasant personality, friendly and Good service mind.
- Fast learning ability.
- Ability to work as a TEAM, Have Good Coordinating skill, to work harmony with co-workers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work overtime and as shift and on Saturday & Sunday or Public holidays.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Driving License and Can drive alone to up-country is preferable

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Satday: depends on work shift) 08:30 - 17:30 / 12:00 - 21:00)
