Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Trading Company) (20K–23K) (SDG-118440)

<Job responsibilities>
Coordinate with customers on behalf of sales representatives, focusing mainly on order processing (no need to handle pricing or quotations)
- Receive the Forecast and Order from Customers
- Enter the Forecast and Order in the company System(Sometime Automatically, sometime semi-automatically) (EDI)
- Manage customer expectations. Interface between operations and customers to resolve problems
- Follow-up on customer requests and issues and provide timely responeses to achieve optimum satisfaction level
- Manage and ensure an effective escalation plan to customer
- Coordinate with all levels in the company to maintain customer service level
- Liaise with customers on order processting and delivery arrangement
- Support Sales team in order processing functions
- Support Sales teams in handling customer visits
- Monitor delivery schedule and cooridinate with operation staffs to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and anticipating customers' requirements
- Establish and maintain procedures on operational control for individual customers
- Instruct to forwarder(Warehouse) to deliver the Item and Quantity to our customer
- Meeting with our forwarder(Warehouse) to check the Process to deliver our products to our customer

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 26 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales coordinator in any industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Conversation High level in English, use for email with customer and talking with Internal from Singapore
- Computer & software skill: Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Import & Export knowledge will Be advantage
- Experience in handling exchange rates e.g., converting prices
- Experience with SAP
- Detail-Oriented person
