Customer Service & Purchasing officer (25K – 35K) (SDG-110452) พนักงานฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าและจัดซื้อ Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate sales process with overseas clients and group company (China, Hongkong, Japan etc. by English) • Responsible for Product older sheet and handle for internal about delivery • Coordinate production numbers with factory department depends on clients’ older number. • Controlling and analyze deliveries problems with customers and vendors • Handle for purchasing process with each material • Report to Japanese manager • Other tasks assigned by Managements หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ประสานงานกระบวนการขายกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศและบริษัทในกลุ่ม (จีน ฮ่องกง ญี่ปุ่น ฯลฯ โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ) • รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับใบเสร็จรับเงินของผลิตภัณฑ์และจัดการเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่งภายใน • ประสานงานหมายเลขการผลิตกับแผนกโรงงานซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับหมายเลขเก่าของลูกค้า • ควบคุมและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการจัดส่งกับลูกค้าและผู้ขาย • จัดการกระบวนการจัดซื้อกับวัสดุแต่ละชนิด • รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 28-39 years • Female only • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 3 years’ experience Customer Service or Purchasing, Sales support in manufacturing company • Conversational middle level of English (Can communicate with overseas clients) • Experience with direct communicate with Clients (B to B) • Being Positive and strong mental person • Experience in automobiles parts company is preferable. • Able to use Inventory and MRP system is preferable. • Working in Japanese company is preferable. • Not job hopper (At least 3 years working in same company) Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: every other week) About the Benefit Salary: 25,000–35,000THB • Social Insurance About the allowance • House allowance • Meal allowance • Diligent allowance • Uniform About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Audio component (Plastic and Metal Parts) ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น • อายุ 28-39 ปี • เพศหญิง • ปริญญาตรี • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในงานบริการลูกค้าหรืองานจัดซื้อและงานสนับสนุนการขายในบริษัทการผลิต • ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศได้) • มีประสบการณ์ในการสื่อสารโดยตรงกับลูกค้า (B to B) • มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและมีจิตใจแข็งแกร่ง • มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • สามารถใช้ระบบ Inventory และ MRP ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย (ทำงานที่บริษัทเดิมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี) ทักษะด้านภาษา • ภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา • ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะซิตี้ เวลาทำงาน : 8.00-17.00 น.
