Customer service & Reception ( Fresh graduate is welcomed) (JP) (23K–31K) (SDG-115563) เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้าและแผนกต้อนรับ (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่) (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) 3 คน <Job responsibilities> *Worked in 3 stores during probation (Phrom Phong, Ekkamai, and Thong Lo) *After probation, the employee will be assigned to one of the stores, but may also go to other stores for help. *One day off per week during the probation period. Once you pass the probation, you will have 2 days off per week (weekdays). Weekends and holidays are generally worked. - Greet and Assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and informed - manage patient check-in and check-out, including Processing Payments and handling the register - schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained - provide translation services between Japanese and Thai for patients and healthcare providers - answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, offering Support in both Japanese and Thai - Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations - any tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
