Job Description

Customer Success Manager (Japanese Speaking) (140K–160K) (SDG-116407)

<Job responsibilities>
[Pre-Sales activity as a team]
- work closely with field Sales members and Provide trial or demo Experience to enhance Sales activities
- analyze customer pain points and consider and introduce potential use cases to solve their Problem
[Customer Onboarding]
- lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Provide training and resources to customers.
[Account Management]
- Build and maintain Strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer accounts.
- Understand customers' unique needs and challenges, and work to align our solutions with their goals.
[Customer Engagement]
- Proactively engage with customers to gather Feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organize regular check-ins and reviews to assess customer satisfaction and product performance.
[Product Knowledge and team enablement]
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our manufacturing products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to Provide valuable insights to customers.
- understand new product feature releases from Japan and deploy the knowledge to the local team.
[Renewals and Upselling]
- manage customer renewals and Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our manufacturing and drawer solutions.
[Reporting and Documentation]
- maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on customer success efforts and outcomes.
[Other general project management]
- Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
- Coordinate Department projects to meet deadlines
- research and discover methods to Increase customer engagement
- Build an open communication environment for your team
- Monitor progress and Submit performance reports

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
① Experience in the manufacturing industry (such as procurement, design, production management, production technology, or sales).
② Customer success experience in a SaaS product.
③ B2B sales experience in the SaaS/IT industry.
④ Experience in the consulting industry.
- business-level of Japanese or higher (Internal and external communication and interactions with other branches)
- Business-level English proficiency or higher (primarily used for internal communication and interactions with other branches).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Extensive Experience in customer success for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong consulting Experience with manufacturing companies.
- Experience in global projects or large-scale alliances in a consulting firm.
- business Experience in the Asian market.
- Business-level proficiency in languages other than Japanese and English (such as Chinese).
