Delivery and Service Engineer (Technical Support) (25K–30K) (SDG-108281) วิศวกรจัดส่งและบริการ (สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค) <Job responsibilities> • Provide in-sales and post-sales technical support services for our customers in Thailand. • Perform on-site or remote troubleshooting for customers with a quick response, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly. • Demonstrate strong cooperation skills by working together with the sales and product teams as an iron triangle team serving projects. • Coordinate with experts at headquarters to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. • Train customers on the installation, configuration, and deployment of our products and solutions, and prepare necessary documents for the training courses. • Participate in project POC actions and potential risk surveys for project delivery, highlighting any risks to the management team. • Act as the FAE (Failure Analysis Engineer) when dealing with field quality issues, assisting HQ colleagues in conducting field analysis until the root cause is found, and following up on the 8D report to ensure confirmation. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • ให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคในการขายและหลังการขายแก่ลูกค้าในประเทศไทย • ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหานอกสถานที่หรือระยะไกลให้กับลูกค้าด้วยการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็ว รับรองว่าทุกอย่าง ปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไขทันที • แสดงให้เห็นถึงทักษะความร่วมมือที่แข็งแกร่งโดยทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและผลิตภัณฑ์ในฐานะ ทีมงานที่ให้บริการโครงการ • ประสานงานกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่สำนักงานใหญ่เพื่อวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน • ฝึกอบรมลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้ง การกำหนดค่า และการปรับใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชัน และจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม • มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ POC ของโครงการและการสำรวจความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นสำหรับการส่งมอบโครงการ โดยเน้นประเด็นใดๆ ความเสี่ยงต่อคณะผู้บริหาร • ทำหน้าที่เป็น FAE (วิศวกรวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลว) เมื่อต้องจัดการกับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพในพื้นที่ ช่วยเหลือสำนักงานใหญ่ เพื่อนร่วมงานในการดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ภาคสนามจนกระทั่งพบสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและติดตามผล 8D รายงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการยืนยัน
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering field - 1 year of working experiences as Engineer related to CCTV/Access Control or IoT products - Familiar with CCTV, network, Linux operation, and maintenance business, etc. - Good command of English (use for reports, documents, communication with report line) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Chinese language skill - Customer-oriented, Good service sense. - Strong QA Sense and FAE capability. - Strong learning ability, Able to work independently, interested in weak current technology. - Document production ability.
