Draftsman - Construction (1 year contract) (32K–37K) (SDG-115382) <Job responsibilities> - Able to read construction drawings or blueprints. - Prepare shop drawing schedule to meet master schedule and construction conditions. - Coordinate drawing with consultant, engineer, sub-contractor, and designer. - Able to combine shop drawing with structure, architect, and MEP system. - Understand the Key point of drawing detail. - Able to make 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from construction drawings. - Understand in 2D drawing of MEP system.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - At least 3 years experience as a Draftsman or Design Engineer in the construction field - Have Experience in structure, Home building, Civil drawing - Strong Experience in design by Auto CAD - Conversational Middle in English (Communicate with report lines and clients) <Preferable skill/experience> - Able to use REVIT - Portfolio for drawing Example Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday SAT: Required when there is urgent work*Working on holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave) About the Benefits 32,100–37,100THB About the company Product & Service: Construction site, Office Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
