Draftsman (Work at Construction Sites in Provincial Areas) (22K–40K) (SDG-115406) <Job responsibilities> - Draft structural and architectural building drawings - Draft shop drawings and as-Built drawings - Understand the Key point of drawing detail. - Ensure that designs are accurate, clear, and Follow relevant standards and regulations - Collaborate with engineers and architects to Understand project requirements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture - At least 2 years of working experience drafting for factory or warehouse construction. - Proficiency in using Photoshop, AutoCAD, and BIM (Building Information Modeling). - Conversational Middle-High English level (to Communicate with management level, email, and documents in construction site) - Willingness to work at construction sites in provincial areas. (Samut Prakan and depend on the project * Ayutthaya , Pathum Thani ,Rayong , Samut Prakan and Chachoengsao ) <Preferable skill/experience> - Able to use the REVIT program Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Asok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Saturday (Sat: Every Saturday 8.00-17.00) OT starts at 5.30 pm.)
