Engineer Assistant Manager (Chonburi branch) (33K – 45K) (SDG-108557) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการวิศวกร (สาขาชลบุรี) Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the design, specification, installation, and commissioning of new equipment or modification with final acceptance equipment test run • Analyzing and solving machinery problems in normal and urgent situations/cases or on-call for continuous operation of machinery and control system • Control and improve plant availability, and reliability are above 99% • Evaluating and presenting a monthly maintenance summary report for analysis and improvement of availability, reliability, performance, and efficiency of machinery • Monitor and control maintenance cost versus plant KPIs • Formulate manufacturing process for the new product • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Provide, plan and direct the installation testing and operation of facilities and equipment needed for production. • Keep conducting tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost-effective production process is implemented successfully • Investigate, solve and prevent the process related problems in production lines. • Assign, direct, and evaluate the PE work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff • Study the production feasibility and estimate the manufacturing cost for new project quotation. • Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department • Other responsibilities if required หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • รับผิดชอบในการออกแบบ กำหนดคุณลักษณะ ติดตั้ง และตรวจรับอุปกรณ์ใหม่หรือดัดแปลงพร้อมทดสอบการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ขั้นสุดท้าย • วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรในสถานการณ์/กรณีปกติและเร่งด่วนหรือตามคำสั่งสำหรับการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องของเครื่องจักรและระบบควบคุม • ควบคุมและปรับปรุงความพร้อมใช้งานของโรงงานและความน่าเชื่อถือให้สูงกว่า 99% • ประเมินและนำเสนอรายงานสรุปการบำรุงรักษาประจำเดือนเพื่อวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงความพร้อมใช้งาน ความน่าเชื่อถือ ประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลของเครื่องจักร • ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษาเทียบกับ KPI ของโรงงาน • กำหนดกระบวนการผลิตสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ • ประสานงานและกำกับดูแลโครงการ จัดทำแผนโดยละเอียดเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายและกำกับดูแลการบูรณาการกิจกรรมทางเทคนิค • จัดเตรียม วางแผน และกำกับดูแลการทดสอบการติดตั้ง การทำงานของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผลิต • ดำเนินการทดสอบระบบอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้อง จนกว่าจะสามารถนำกระบวนการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพและคุ้มต้นทุนมาใช้ได้สำเร็จ • ตรวจสอบ แก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการในสายการผลิต • มอบหมาย กำกับดูแล และประเมินงาน PE และดูแลการพัฒนาและการบำรุงรักษาพนักงาน • ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิตและประเมินต้นทุนการผลิตสำหรับใบเสนอราคาโครงการใหม่ • พัฒนาและนำนโยบาย มาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนต่างๆ สำหรับงานวิศวกรรมและเทคนิคที่ดำเนินการในแผนกไปปฏิบัติ • งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-40 years • Male only • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Instrument or Control Engineering • At least 5 years’ experience in the field within the gas industrial, petrochemical, or chemical industry. • At least 3 years management experience (Supervisor level or above) • AutoCAD (2D/3D) and/or Microsoft Project, PLC, DCS, SCADA and analyzer • Advance conversation middle in English • Cost Reduction skills, Proficiency in analyzing mechanical systems, and identifying areas for improvement. • Quality Management knowledge ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 • Planning control and Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings. • Root cause analysis, Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions. • Experience in Oil & Gas Industrial will be preferred. • TOEIC 500 up is preferable.
