Engineering Chief Executive Advisor (M2 Factory) (50K–80K) (SDG-108584) ที่ปรึกษาประธานบริหารด้านวิศวกรรม (โรงงาน M2) <Job responsibilities> (1)To give technical advice and responsible for human resource development with changing mind for factory engineering department members. (2)To supervise and instruct Engineering Department in each factory, and follow up progress of following items - Cost (repair costs, utility costs, etc.) - Tasks (capital investment, cost reduction, troubleshooting, etc.) - Energy saving (3)To implement special engineering missions in cooperation with factory. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> (1) ให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคและรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความคิดแก่สมาชิกฝ่ายวิศวกรรมโรงงาน (2) กำกับดูแลและสั่งสอนฝ่ายวิศวกรรมในแต่ละโรงงาน และติดตามความคืบหน้าตามรายการต่อไปนี้ - ต้นทุน (ค่าซ่อมแซม ค่าสาธารณูปโภค ฯลฯ) - งาน (การลงทุน การลดต้นทุน การแก้ไขปัญหา ฯลฯ) - การประหยัดพลังงาน (3) เพื่อดำเนินภารกิจทางวิศวกรรมพิเศษร่วมกับโรงงาน
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a related field. - At least 10 years or work experience - Engineering skill and Experience in Utility (boiler, compressor, water, etc) or Electric field or Mechanical field in the Factory of Manufacturing industry. - Experience in maintenance management or installing new equipment. - Experience in management of Engineering organization - Can speak English ( Japanese Engineering Senior Advisor ) - Possess analytical skills and problem-solving skills. - Soft skills including a positive attitude, working under pressure, flexibility and conflict solutions. < Preferable Skills/Experience > - Have Engineering expert skills in an expert field - Ability to Carry out work with a sense of responsibility and balance. - Better if you Can speak Japanese - Experience in the fabric/textile business.
