Export Assistant Manager (50K–60K) (SDG-115656)
<Job responsibilities>
- Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment at Bangkok Port with privilege concerned such as Bias19, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded, Free Zone, etc.
- Quotation control (Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customer/overseas agent/headquarters)
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues
- Effectively communicate with various cross-team members to Problem solve and provide our customers with a high level of satisfaction.
- Direct customer Service with new and current customers.
- Accomplish other Job-related duties as assigned by the manager/Director/MD.
- Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service
- Control all staff to follow company rules and compliance the policy
- Analysis of causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct
- Cost & Expense control in the team
- Consider the necessity of equipment, materials, and tools to Support the operation team
- Check safety rules and Work procedures for safety Work in the workplace
- Analysis of causes of the accident, provide the corrective action and approval of accident report
- Propose solution report to customer and Management
- Giving advice to customers for special Export Packing securing & design.
- cross border / in transit Service control
- Direct report to the manager
- other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Export in freight forwarding
- At least 3 years experience at the management level and taking care of subordinates
- Conversational high English level ( to communicate with Management level and foreign clients via phone, email, and documents)
- Experience in import, export, supply chain, government authority (tax privilege & customs formality
- Experience in negotiating suppliers related logistics and issuing quotations to clients
- Experiences in coordinating ocean freight pricing with overseas agents, Sales teams, and customer Service
- Willing to work at odd hours, on weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
- Have analytical and Problem-Solving skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- TOEIC 600 up
- Working Experience in machine installation and over-sized cargo handling
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Mon-Fri / (Alternative Saturday (8:30 – 17:00 (4 days/year)) (Depends on team))
