General Affair Staff (Japanese Speaking) (18K–21K) (SDG-114460)
<Job responsibilities>
- Booking airline tickets/hotels/restaurants/golf courses
- Car booking-manage driver schedule
- Purchasing - taking care of stock checking of office equipment/stock management of medicines used in the office
- Send email - summary of lunch meeting to Japanese employees (EN)
- Preparing cards, and birthday gifts for employees and employees' family
- Contacting external service providers such as air conditioning technicians and outsource contractors.
- Maintaining neatness and cleanliness within the office, controlling the work of office cleaners, and coordinate in various matters within the building.
- Supporting Japanese employees in various matters
- Other work as assigned by the supervisor, such as translating related documents. Help organize company activities, move office layout
- Cooperate in organizing ISO9001 activities and other activities. as organized by the company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 21 - 24 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- 1 year experience in General Affair or Admin officer
- Conversation High-Business of Japanese (JLPT N3+ is a must), able to communicate with Japanese employees ,write formal emails
- Conversation high-business level of English, Can communicate and write emails well. (high Score of TOEIC is advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Be an observant and communicative person.
- Can multitasking, prioritize work.
- Have a service mind, Be a Support person, Have a Good nature
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8:00-17:15([Monday - Friday] [Saturday: 6-9 days per year (Depends on company's calendar)])
