- Organize and carry out soft skills training, recruit orientation, and fulfillment of special requests from other departments for all employees.
- Management and employee follow-up workshops to Ensure Learning application
- Create and maintain training reports and documents.
- Management Trainee, Internship program, Schoolaship program
- Campus Recruitment and Job Description
- Manpower and Organization Chart
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 4 years in HRD functions in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- At least 2 years experience in management level with subordinate
- training and staff Development programs.
- Conversational high level of English (to Communicate with Chinese Management level)
- Able to work out of the office, such as visiting university to contact about MOU (1-2 time per month)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Have HRD Experience in FMCG industry
- Ice cream, Milk, and Yogurt industry
- Conversational level in Chinese (Chinese President and teams )
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Lad Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon - Fri (8:00 - 17:00 for Friday))
