<Job Responsibilities>
- Employee recruitment activities
- Creation and management of employment contracts
- Preparing employees' training program,
- Employee benefits related works.
- Salary, bonus, retirement benefit, social security, etc. related works.
- Attendance management and control
- Health and safety related works.
- Procurement, maintenance and disposal of own assets.
- Obtaining and managing VISA and work permit for Japanese employees
- Meeting translation (Thai-Japanese)
- Other related job
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any relate field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR & GA (JP Speaking) in any manufacturing industry.
- JLPT N2 with certificate
- JLPT N3 *for CDDs who study or live in Japan at least 1 year / or have working as JP Interpreter in HR&GA Department
- Daily - middle conversational level in English for JP speaking *Email and document
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Have good communication skills especially speaking and listening.
- Have problem solving skills
- Able to attend face to face interview
