HR Manager (93K–98K) (SDG-118486)
<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and oversee performance management systems, including the evaluation process.
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Provide regular HR reports and updates to corporate HR HQ.
- Work closely with Department heads to Support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams for HR-related regulatory requirements
- Other assigned task by report line.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any other related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in HR overall function in the construction industry.
- 3 years of HR management role with subordinate.
- Conversational high level of English (communication with top management (Japanese), documents and reports)
- Computer knowledge: MS office and HR Software
- Experiences in change management or organizational development
- Experience in designing an organization and evaluation system
- Strong knowledge of labor law
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in working environment in Japanese company
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution skills and Problem-Solving skills

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday: Required when there is urgent work*Working on holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave)
