HR (Supervisor or Assistant Manager) (30K–40K) (SDG-114503)
<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring all wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions are correct.
- Prepare and Review payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy before processing.
- Oversee the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the market.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Focuses on the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs within an organization
- Manage and evaluate the company’s benefit welfare programs, ensuring that they are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with employee needs and company goals.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR Fullop)
- Conversation High level of English, use for communicating with internal and email
- Experience in payroll processing
- Able use MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
<Preferable skills/Experience>
- Have Experience in Prosoft HRMI Program
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented person

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
