HR&GA Manager (JP speaking) (50K–70K) (SDG-117782)
<Job responsibilities>
-Handle and calculate salary-related jobs such as payroll, provident fund, social security insurance, and attendance.
*This company doesn't use outsourcing service.
- Manage the recruitment process of Thai employees
- Manage and plan employee training
- Supervise completeness of company welfare and company rules
- Manage and Handle visa and Work permit for Japanese employee
*This company doesn't use outsourcing service.
- Keep each kind of contract and licenses tidy (employment contracts, contracts with suppliers, license for operating Factory etc.)
- Interpret between Japanese Management and Thai Staff
- Attend internal meetings to Interpret
- Translate documents related to rules, regulations, and law
- Manage Office supply
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 34 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5 years of experience as HR, Admin and GA tasks in a manufacturing company
・At least 1 year of experience of management
・Business level in Japanese (be able to communicate JP headquarter and interpret for internal and external communication)
・Conversational level in English (Be able to read and write documents)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience in Japanese company
・Having experience as interpreter
・Be able to handle Visa/WP/90days report for foreigners
Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : Business Level
Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
