Human Resource Department Head (Construction) (90K–150K) (SDG-116831)
<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and regulations.
- Oversee the Development and implementation of the HRIS to optimize HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, performance Management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS, making improvements as necessary to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals and technical talent required.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the electricity supply industry, adapting policies to meet legal and organizational requirements.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, foster team collaboration, and enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Lead organizational Development initiatives, including change Management strategies, to enhance operational efficiency and Drive cultural transformation.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and HRIS performance.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 15 years of experience in HRD/HRM, with at least 5 years in a management position
・Business level of English to communicate with Japanese and the Japanese Headquarters
・Strong expertise in developing and implementing HR Information Systems (HRIS)
・Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
・Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
・Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management and technical teams.
・Ability to make strategic decisions, manage multiple priorities, and drive HR initiatives to meet business objectives.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to join immediately
・Working experience in a big-scale company (Employees 500+)
・Experience in a Japanese company
