Human Resource Senior Manager (80K–120K) (SDG-116350)
<Job responsibilities>
- Focus on HR Business Partnerships, Expertise in HRM and HRD
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Business leaders on HR issues, including talent Management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a Team of HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality HR Support and services to the organization.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall Business strategy.
- Provide strategic counsel and Support on talent Management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS Management, payroll administration, welfare & administration, and HR compliance.
- Oversee the performance Management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to wages, working hours, overtime pay, and employee benefit. Non-compliance can Lead to legal risks, penalties, and increased labor costs.
- Design and implement comprehensive HRD programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career Development initiatives to unlock the full potential of our workforce.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in people development. implement effective learning and Development programs to equip our people with the skills and knowledge necessary to Excel in their roles and Support company growth.
- Oversee labor cost and Identify opportunities for cost saving or efficiency improvements
- Analyze labor cost data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for optimization.
- Provide guidance and Support to managers on labor cost Management strategies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree- 12 years or over of Full loop Human Resource (both HRM and HRD). HR Business Partner (Electronics or Automotive Manufacturing field)
- Background Experience in Japanese company
- Have experience being a manager or senior manager with subordinates
- Proficient of talent Management, organizational design, succession planning workforce planning.
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career Development initiatives
- Strong in compliance with labor laws
- Conversational high to Business level of English (report to Japanese Management, meeting etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and Business acumen, with the Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Demonstrates Strong communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders At all levels of the organization.
- Strong Problem-Solving and decision-making abilities, with a Focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Passionate about creating a Work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and excited to come to Work every day.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
