Injection molding Engineer (JP Speaking, Assistant manager to Manager level) (40K – 60K) (SDG-111148) วิศวกรฉีดพลาสติก (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น ระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการถึงระดับผู้จัดการ) Duties & Responsibilities: • Taking care problems in Injection molding department • Supervise the quality of all production work. • Maintain new model and provide new equipment & investigate the problem that may course on production. • Kaizening in quality and production. • Responsible for communicate with customer in directly • Recording of daily output data and machine performance data • Report to Japanese management หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ดูแลจัดการปัญหาในแผนกฉีดขึ้นรูป • ดูแลคุณภาพของงานผลิตทั้งหมด • ดูแลโมเดลใหม่ และจัดหาอุปกรณ์ใหม่ และตรวจสอบปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในการผลิต • ปรับปรุงคุณภาพและการผลิต • รับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าโดยตรง • บันทึกข้อมูลผลผลิตประจำวันและข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร • รายงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-45 years • Any gender • High school or Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer/Technical or any field related. • At least 5 years experiences in Injection molding and in automotive or plastics industry. • Able to handle New Model and Injection Trial. • Conversational middle to high level of Japanese (Internal and Customer both situation) • Has experience in double injection will be advantage. • Work or Study in Japan is preferable.
