Interpreter Manager (Medical Assistance/JP) (43K–60K) (SDG-118491) <Job responsibilities> (1)Support for Medical Institutions with Japanese Medical Desks (JMD) (Locations: Prachinburi, Ayutthaya – up to 1 week/month per location, total up to 2 weeks/month) - provide on-site interpretation and administrative Support - Act as a liaison between hospitals and our staff, facilitating communication with doctors, nurses, and specialists to ensure smooth operations - Collect and report issues from staff and requests from the hospital side - Respond to inquiries from medical assistance companies and patients - Consider Support for the Laos JMD based on workload and circumstances - Other assigned tasks (2)JMD Staff Management (Thailand & Laos) - Manage staff Work schedules and annual shift planning - Respond to medical-related inquiries from on-site staff and provide guidance - Monitor active cases; provide direction and advice for complex medical situations - Create patient-handling manuals - Conduct training and Create manuals for medical interpretation staff - Provide onboarding and education for new interpreters - Other assigned tasks (3)JMD Operational Management - Work with sales team to oversee patient volume and service quality at existing desks; plan potential new desk openings - Support marketing initiatives to Increase Japanese patient numbers - Participate in hospital meetings with the Sales team - Assist in launching new JMD locations when necessary - other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience as an interpreter in any industry - At least 3 years of experience as Management position - Conversational High level of Japanese (for interpretation Work) - Can go on domestic business trip up to 2 weeks/month ( Prachinburi / Ayutthaya) - Have Driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - working Experience in the medical, insurance industry - working Experience as a medical interpreter - knowledge in the medical field - can join immediately - Having your Own car - Proactive individual who can confidently make proposals and Negotiate directly with hospitals and insurance companies - Strong leadership and team management skills - Able to Handle pressure and manage stress effectively - Excellent communication skills Language Skill English level : None Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: BTS Asok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday (Saturday working: half day / every other week) *Above only if working in BKK Office *If working Prachinburi and Ayutthaya during business trips, shift working 8:00-17:00 or 11:00-20:00) About the Benefits 43,500–60,500THB About the company Product & Service: Medical assistance, Full-service tour program Business Type: Travel / Entertainment;Hospital / Clinic;
