Legal Senior or Supervisor Level (Compliance) (30K–40K) (SDG-115530) <Job responsibilities> - Mastermind compliance policies and procedures for the organization as assigned - Develop and Implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with state laws and required company compliance - Determine compliance metrics and Establish a system for tracking any staffs in accordance with state laws and required company compliance - Educate and train Staff on regulations and business practices - Remain up to date on state laws related to the organization and update policies accordingly - Perform compliance audits to Determine whether established procedures are being followed and where they can be improved. - Create a compliance resource library for Staff members to reference when they have questions - Check and draft correspondence, commercial agreements, and legal documents - Handling of ad-hoc queries when requested, taking, typing, and circulation of minutes to meeting * Prepare all the documents in both Thai and English
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - LL.B Degree, LL.M Degree - Minimum 5 years or more appropriate qualification legal experience - Experience in compliance - Conversation Hign level in English, to write the complience information - Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlooks, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or etc. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - good legal knowledge and legal processes, including understanding of legal terminology - TOEIC score 700 or above - Have Lawyer license - legal research, Planning and decision-making skills - good interpersonal skills - problem solving and willingness to Learn - report writing and Finding dispute resolution - Ability to deal with international contacts and matters; Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Asok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday / work form home after probation around 2 days/week (depends on manager assigned)) About the Benefits 30,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: IT Solution, Hardware, Software, Network Business Type: IT Solutions / IT Consulting;
