<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for Kaizening and costing down machine line. - Control productivity and follow up production plan. - Control quality and errors of Machine line. (CNC machine) - Responsible for troubleshooting quality and production issue. - Maintain positive and production communication with related departments. - Other task as assigned. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบงานไคเซนนิ่งและลดต้นทุนสายการผลิต - ควบคุมผลผลิตและติดตามแผนการผลิต - ควบคุมคุณภาพและข้อผิดพลาดของสายการผลิต (เครื่องจักร CNC) - รับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพและการผลิต - รักษาการสื่อสารเชิงบวกและการผลิตกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering field ・At least 5 years experiences as Machining Engineer, Mechanicals Engineer in automotive manufacturing industry ・At least 3 years management experiences as Assistant Manager or higher ・Strong experience about CNC machine ・Have experience in automotive part drawing, APQP, new model ・Have experience about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 ・Conversational daily - middle level of English ・Not job hopper <ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > ・ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรเครื่องจักร วิศวกรเครื่องกลในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์ ・มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือสูงกว่า ・มีประสบการณ์อย่างมากเกี่ยวกับเครื่อง CNC ・มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนแบบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ APQP รุ่นใหม่ ・มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949 ・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา ・ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
