Job Description

Manufacturing Transformation Consultant (90K–120K) (SDG-118064)

<Job responsibilities>
[Pre-Sales Part]
- Work closely with field Sales members and provide trial or demo Experience to enhance Sales activities
- Analyze customer pain points and consider and introduce potential Use cases to solve their Problem
- Build Strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer accounts.
- Understand customers' unique needs and challenges and work to align our solutions with their goals.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our manufacturing products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Understand new product feature releases from Japan and deploy the knowledge to the local team.
- Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
- Coordinate Department projects to meet deadlines
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Build an open communication environment for your team
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
[Customer Success Part]
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training and resources to customers.
- Build and maintain Strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer accounts.
- Understand customers' unique needs and challenges and work to align our solutions with their goals.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather Feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organize regular check-ins and reviews to assess customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Manage customer renewals and Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our manufacturing and drawer solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on customer success efforts and outcomes.

**Following the interview, the candidate will be evaluated and assigned to either the Presales team or the Customer Success team, based on their qualifications and the outcome of the assessment.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a customer success, solution consultant, sales consultant or related roles in the manufacturing/IT industry
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or Experience handling clients in the manufacturing industry
- In-depth understanding of the Sales administration process
- Business-level English proficiency or higher (primarily used for internal communication and interactions with other branches).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Extensive Experience in customer success for B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in global projects or large-scale alliances in a consulting firm.
- Business Experience in the Asian market.
