Marketing and Business Development Executive (35K–45K) (SDG-114697) <Job responsibilities> Provide professional support for sales and business development activities to drive customer satisfaction, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and identify new clients - Direct business Growth: Ensure a proper balance of product, price, place, and promotion to meet long-term company goals. -Identify business Opportunities: Discover new business avenues (markets, products, client relationships, acquisitions, etc.) and Create strategies to leverage these Opportunities through market research. - Manage Budget: Oversee and Contribute to achieving internal Sales and marketing budgets, ensuring business activities align with goals for company growth. - Branding Strategy: Create and implement Branding policies to attract and retain clients, employees, and suppliers. Monitor Market Trends: Analyze industry trends, competitor information, and relevant data to inform decisions and maintain a competitive edge. - Support clients, get client feedback, and improve customer service
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 29 - 38 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields - At least 5 years experience in Sales or Business Development in 3PL management, Warehouse experience, Logistic or Freight Forwarder - Conversational high level of English ( to communicate with foreign clients ) - Cost management - Proficient in MS office (Word, excel, PowerPoint) - Demonstrated Ability to uncover Opportunities within existing client relationships as well as to Identify and pursue new business Opportunities - Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills - Result-oriented leadership and Must Be able to Contribute to a Positive TEAM environment - Sound communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can join as soon as possible - Have personal car Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday at 08.30-17.30, Work from home or office : Sat at 08.30-12.00) About the Benefits 35,000–45,000THB About the company Product & Service: Integrated logistics services Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
