Outside sales staff (28K–35K) (SDG-115810) <Job responsibilities> Customer relationship building (acquisition & maintenance) - Maintain and improve the relationships with our worldwide key accounts. - Develop effective Sales strategies and present this to Management. - Follow, meet and exceed agreed Sales targets and report the results. - Perform regular customer visits where you will be travelling around 50% of your working time. Business development - Find or Create new opportunities, not limited but mainly in the Automotive market - Identify and discuss mutual benefits for our customers and our company where we extend our role as distributor by offering several value added services that make our customer’s life easier and more profitable - Advise higher management about business opportunities and possible supply chains that can be set up to improve or extend our existing business or create new business; Oversee the quotation process - Support the quotation process, handled by the inside sales department, between supplier and customer to meet their demands and provide them with continuous support; - Identify key selling points that can increase the win-rate. - Support the Sales and Operations departments - Perform trouble shooting and find solutions for the ever changing customer’s needs - Research and communicate new products that can be added to the company’s portfolio; Customer Service - Provide excellent customer Service, common for Japanese companies, in order to ensure recurring and increasing Sales - Other duties assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of Trading experience for the automotive industry - Conversational high English (required TOEIC at least 750) to communicate with foreign Suppliers - Able to operate office skill(Outlook email, Excel look up/Pivot table) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - working Experience in Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 28,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Electrical components (General training company) Business Type: General Trading Company;Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
