Personal Assistant (40K–45K) (SDG-115029)

<Job responsibilities>
Supporting the CEO by managing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Assist the Director by way of coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing reports/publication material and presentations, and taking down accurate minutes to ensure their timely circulation
-  Assist the GMC(General Management Committee) Member in scheduling & arranging Cluster business Reviews of the respective sectors
- Coordinating & arranging key customer appointments, coordinating with the Network for key meetings & overseas traveling
- Handle and monitor expatriate formalities (visa work permit, etc.)
- Arranging visa work permits for foreign employees from Sri Lanka and Myanmar and Administration task
- Preparation of statistics quarterly - Sales figures/SPIs & overseas customer visits & progress reports
- Maintain the Director’s calendar/diary by updating appointments and giving timely reminders thereby ensuring appointments are not overlapped and missed
- Set up overseas travel arrangements as and when requested by coordinating with relevant parties such as airlines, hotels, overseas agents, etc. to ensure a smooth Visit
- Arrange accommodation and Prepare travel itineraries for foreign delegates to provide them with a smooth stay in Thailand
- Attend to administrative matters & all other responsibilities that will help to maintain a productive office ensuring a smooth workflow at all times.
- Attend and Follow up on inquiries both internal and external routed from the Director by closely following up with relevant parties to ensure their timely completion
- Generate/process letters relating to daily operations of the company which require the director’s endorsement as and when requested by obtaining the required information to ensure requirements are met
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 36 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Humanities/Arts, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or secretary or Admin or GA at an executive level
- Conversational high level of English ( to Communicate with CEO and foreign clients )
- Have Experience in visa, work permit (Must)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Qualification in secretarial practice
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a fast learner
- Strong team player with the ability to provide Support and Collaborate effectively.
