Process Design Engineer (Aluminium Diecasting) (40K–60K) (SDG-115591) <Job responsibilities> - Design the production process for the finished castings, especially processing. - Design jig of production line - Conduct improvement(Kaizen) activity - Trobleshoot mass production problems. - Consider appropriate processing conditions after finished the casting - Launch new process for new product, process Flow (including QC process Flow), quality Standard Formulation and etc - Calculate the cost required for production - Understand drawing of client's request and coordinate with internal departments - Quality improvement target - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years experience as a Process Design Engineer of Aluminium Diecasting of any products - basic level of English - Can use CATIA/CAD and MS Office(Excel,Power point) - can read/understand engineering drawing - Have driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - working Experience in Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Mueang, Lamphun Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: 1 time per month)) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Aluminium high-pressure diecasting products Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;Steel / Metal;
