Product Manager (50K-100K) (SDG-38648)
<Job Responsibilities>
Understand both financial, property business and property valuation
Qualify and score investment property based on company standard
Provide product training, knowledge sharing and deliver professional deliverable/documentation
To estimate/ evaluate the price of property or any property
Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor degree in any related field
At least 5 years of working experience in financial, investment, or property industry, property valuation and property consultant
Able to estimate/ evaluate the price of property or any property
Able to communicate in English
Have own car and driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to do a feasibility study will be an advantage
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
