Product Specialist (Technical Support/Sanitaryware) (35K–50K) (SDG-116553)
<Job responsibilities>
- Provide technical support to Sales/Customer about products' technical information including installation, repair and use.
- Introduce and recommend products based on customers' requirements.
- Analyze and determine methods on product selection and installation.
- Resolve customers' issues.
- Provide training on products' technical information to Sales, PC, and customers.
- Cooperate with Sales, customer Service team, Quality Assurance team, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare supporting documents for customers on products' technical information.
- Schedule training sessions and attending relevant meetings as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, etc.)
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Sales engineer or Technical Service
- Conversational high level in English required and must be Able to communicate well (Use for communicating with customer and team)
- Proficient in Data analysis using Excel and Data presentation using PPT or any other similar tools
- Able to visit client
- Good presentation skills
- Good personality
- Able to do multiple task
- Good communication in English (having TOEIC or any English test Certificate is a plus)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge of Sanitary consumer goods like wash toilet
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality.
- the Japanese language is also a plus.
