Production Manager (Food) (60K–80K) (SDG-115412)
<Job responsibilities>
- Plan the annual factory budget and operating expenses of Department for management.
- Review and Prepare monthly plans based on Sales requirements to evaluate budgets, raw materials, and manpower.
- Review daily plans with section/Department/unit heads in production and ensure alignment with production plans.
- Plan and Prepare for the procurement of machinery and production equipment to align with production plans.
- Establish development plans for subordinates to build and develop teams that achieve organizational goals.
- Evaluate the competencies of subordinates to gather information for development purposes.
- Supervise, inspect, and provide safety knowledge to ensure employees' safety in life and property.
- Train, guide, and advise subordinates to perform tasks according to processes or plans.
- Ensure subordinates comply with company rules and regulations.
- Assign goals and job scopes to departments
- Ensure work progresses according to the planned schedule
- Manage production processes in compliance with specifications and production plans.
- Control production costs and expenses to align with production budgets.
- Manage warehouse and inventory operations to Support production and delivery.
- Analyze Data, monitor progress, coordinate with relevant departments, and resolve issues to ensure operations align with production plans.
- Oversee production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Develop and improve processes to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and monitor maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency and adherence
to scheduled timelines.
- Oversee quality and safety Management systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review and update quality system documents to align with processes and system
requirements, ensuring they remain current.
- Handle projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Agro-Industrial Technology
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the food industry and production process control in food factories.
- At least 5 years experience as production management and control of subordinates.
- Understanding of the Food manufacturing business and Food service industry.
- Conversational High in English (communication with Japanese top Management, reports and documents)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft PowerPoint programs.
- knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO, and HALAL standards.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Factory Management and subordinate supervision.
- Understanding of Food production processes.
- knowledge of Food regulations.

English level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Saturday (Every Saturday))
