Production Manager (Molding Department) (60K – 65K) (SDG-111066) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต (แผนกแม่พิมพ์) Duties & Responsibilities: • Accountable for Maintain the daily production planning, Organizing the manpower suitable for process and controlling all material part (Chemical, Plastic Part. etc.) of Button process and PP Mold process. • Coordinate and utilization of Button and Molding facilities, equipment, machines, materials and manpower meet the performance objectives with high productivity and efficiency. • Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOP) are adhered to actual operation and review/revise for improvement. • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. • Supervise and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. • Determine and implement improvements to the production process. • Ensure that all production activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. • Develop and manage the production budget, monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • รับผิดชอบในการดูแลแผนการผลิตประจำวัน จัดระเบียบกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการ และควบคุมชิ้นส่วนวัสดุทั้งหมด (สารเคมี ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติก ฯลฯ) ของกระบวนการทำปุ่มและกระบวนการทำแม่พิมพ์ PP • ประสานงานและใช้ประโยชน์จากสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักร วัสดุ และกำลังคนในการทำปุ่มและแม่พิมพ์ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้วยผลผลิตและประสิทธิภาพสูง • ตรวจสอบว่าปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน (SOP) ในการปฏิบัติงานจริง และตรวจสอบ/แก้ไขเพื่อปรับปรุง • ตรวจสอบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด • ดูแลและจัดการทีมงานการผลิต รวมถึงการจ้างงาน การฝึกอบรม และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน • กำหนดและดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต • ตรวจสอบว่ากิจกรรมการผลิตทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามข้อบังคับด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม • พัฒนาและจัดการงบประมาณการผลิต ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่าย และดำเนินการตามมาตรการประหยัดต้นทุน
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-45 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field • Have 10 years working experience about Production control from any manufacturing industry • Have 2 years management experience as Production Assistant Manager or higher • Must have working experience about PMMA = Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA or ACRYLIC) • Conversational middle - high level of English *Interview in English as main • Experience in medical devices and ISO13485 is an advantage. • Have high TOEIC score (more than 650) is preferable. • Have working experience about Production control from chemical manufacturing industry is preferable.
