เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make production plan to meet manufacturing operational requirement and to ensure efficient and cost effective production process.
• Ensure daily production requirement are achieved to meet customer expectation.
• Reach and Reschedule the production plan when need to accommodate unexpected situation.
• Monitor and summarize the production performance to relevance department.
• Determine product delivery date base on material availability and labor capacity.
• Ensure and manage the appropriate inventory for production, develop inventory control techniques.
• Monitor production rates and raw material price, contacting vendors and checking inventory.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-28 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 1 year about Production planning in automotive industry
• Have Knowledge about IATF16949 and ISO 14001
• Advanced conversational low level of English

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: 6 days per year >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนการผลิตเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการในการดำเนินงานด้านการผลิตและเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพและคุ้มค่า
•ตรวจสอบความต้องการในการผลิตในแต่ละวันเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของลูกค้า
•เข้าถึงและกำหนดเวลาแผนการผลิตใหม่เมื่อจำเป็นต้องรองรับสถานการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิด
•ตรวจสอบและสรุปประสิทธิภาพการผลิตไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•กำหนดวันที่ส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ตามความพร้อมของวัสดุและกำลังแรงงาน
•ตรวจสอบและจัดการสินค้าคงคลังที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการผลิตพัฒนาเทคนิคการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
•ตรวจสอบอัตราการผลิตและราคาวัตถุดิบติดต่อผู้ขายและตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลัง
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 23-28 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF16949 และ ISO 14001
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
