Production Supervisor (Night shift )
(30K – 35K) (SDG-66333)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operation of production process management and manpower control.
• Quality point to ensure the smooth of production line
• Monitor production process (Quality, Schedule and Improvement) which need to set or improved conditions of Machine.
• Plan & Control Production operator to ensure the smoothly of Production line which need to meet quality, costing, due date and cost reduction.
• Involve for trial run process & prepare the date to support the production line such as operation standard, check sheet, control the production activities, workplace the ensure the safety & prevent the loss.
• Other tasked as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related filed
• As last 3 years experience in Production filed in Automotive Industry (Except sheet metal maker and injection maker)
• Have experience of maintenance and investigation about production equipment (CNC Lathe, machining center, grinder etc.)
• Conversation low level of English
• Willing to work in day shift and night shift *1week/month (sometimes 2weeks/month)
• At least 1 year experience in Management
• Have knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO system, Kaizen & 5S is preferable
• Be able to understand Japanese is preferable
• Strong knowledge of quality problem solving tools (8D / 5 Whys / PDCA/ QC 7 Tools) is preferable
• Not Job hopper is preferable
• Have working experience in Japanese company is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri * evening shift 20:00- 8:00 (Saturday: Once a month))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• การดำเนินงานของการจัดการกระบวนการผลิตและการควบคุมกำลังคน
• จุดคุณภาพเพื่อให้สายการผลิตราบรื่น
• ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต (คุณภาพ กำหนดการ และการปรับปรุง) ที่ต้องการกำหนดหรือปรับปรุงสภาพของเครื่องจักร
• วางแผนและควบคุม ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการผลิตเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสายการผลิตต้องเป็นไปตามคุณภาพ การคิดต้นทุน วันที่ครบกำหนด และการลดต้นทุน
• มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการทดลองและเตรียมวันที่เพื่อรองรับสายการผลิต เช่น มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน เช็คชีท ควบคุมกิจกรรมการผลิต สถานที่ทำงาน มั่นใจในความปลอดภัย & ป้องกันการสูญเสีย
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จากประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ล่าสุดในด้านการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ (ยกเว้น ผู้ผลิตแผ่นโลหะและผู้ผลิตหัวฉีด)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบำรุงรักษาและตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์การผลิต (CNC Lathe, Machining Center, Grinding etc.)
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา
• ยินดีทำงานเป็นกะกลางวันและกะกลางคืน *1สัปดาห์/เดือน (บางครั้ง 2 สัปดาห์/เดือน)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF 16949 และ ISO, Kaizen & 5S จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถเข้าใจภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีกว่า
• มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมือแก้ปัญหาด้านคุณภาพเป็นอย่างดี (8D / 5 Whys / PDCA/ QC 7 Tools) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ไม่จ๊อบฮอปเปอร์จะดีกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
