Project Manager (Construction) (70K–100K) (SDG-111895) ผู้จัดการโครงการ (ก่อสร้าง) <Job responsibilities> - Oversees construction project and collaborates with engineers, supervisors and related person in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project. - Studies, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view in order to Identify risk factors, ensuring technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with the Division Heads, and General Manager for the overall risk assessment and bid decision. - Enquires, consults and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/ design concept/ technical clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings and NET meetings. - Soliciting and follow-up with the design/ drafting section during tender preparation for method optimizing in order to reach cost efficiency. - Reviews and finalizes project Cost estimates as prepared by the Estimation engineer in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase; this includes all systems, products and services to client specifications/ requirements. - Liaises with the Procurement Department to negotiate with approved vendors / suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies / material as per project (pre/ post tender). - Finalizes Estimation of all Direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management Review and approval. - Provides all the necessary project clarifications/ information upon project award to the project manager as per the project budget; advises the Project Manager on contractual rights, remedies which has been taken into consideration during tendering <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลโครงการก่อสร้างและทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกร หัวหน้างาน และผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการวางแผน จัดทำงบประมาณ การจัดสรรทรัพยากรและดำเนินการให้โครงการแล้วเสร็จทันเวลา - ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และประเมินเอกสารประกวดราคาจากมุมมองทางเทคนิค เพื่อระบุปัจจัยความเสี่ยง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า เงื่อนไขทางเทคนิคเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องและประสานงานกับหัวหน้าฝ่ายและผู้จัดการทั่วไปสำหรับ การประเมินความเสี่ยงโดยรวมและการตัดสินใจประมูล - สอบถาม ปรึกษา และประสานงานกับตัวแทนลูกค้าและที่ปรึกษาสำหรับข้อมูลจำเพาะ/แนวคิดการออกแบบ/เทคนิค การชี้แจงที่จำเป็นสำหรับการประมูลและข้อเสนอ และเข้าร่วมประชุมก่อนการประมูล และการประชุม NET - การร้องขอและติดตามกับส่วนออกแบบ/ร่างในระหว่างการเตรียมการประมูลเพื่อปรับปรุงวิธีการเพื่อให้บรรลุ ประสิทธิภาพด้านต้นทุน - ตรวจสอบและสรุปประมาณการต้นทุนโครงการตามที่วิศวกรประมาณการเตรียมไว้ในแง่ของวัสดุที่จำเป็นตาม รายการปริมาณงาน (BOQ) ปริมาณงาน วัสดุ/อุปกรณ์/และความต้องการกำลังคนในช่วงประกวดราคา ครอบคลุมระบบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการทั้งหมดตามข้อมูลจำเพาะ/ข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อเจรจากับผู้ขาย/ซัพพลายเออร์ที่ได้รับอนุมัติและผู้รับเหมาช่วงสำหรับต่างๆ อุปกรณ์ / วัสดุตามโครงการ (ก่อน/หลังการประมูล) - สรุปการประมาณต้นทุนโดยตรงและโดยอ้อมทั้งหมด และรวบรวมเอกสารประกวดราคาเพื่อให้ฝ่ายบริหารตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ - จัดทำข้อมูลชี้แจงโครงการทั้งหมดที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการมอบโครงการให้แก่ผู้จัดการโครงการตามโครงการ งบประมาณ ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้จัดการโครงการเกี่ยวกับสิทธิตามสัญญา แนวทางแก้ไขที่ได้รับการพิจารณาในระหว่างการประมูล
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field. - Minimum experience of 10 years as a Project Manager in construction - Has Experience as a project manager in a Construction company. - Good command of English (to communicate with Japanese report lines and documents) - Able to travel outside Bangkok during the day to Visit the site (Prachin Buri, Rayong, Chonburi) with personal car <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese or large size company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Working in holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave) About the Benefits 70,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Construction site, Office Business Type: Construction / Home Building; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 35 - 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการก่อสร้างขั้นต่ำ 10 ปี - มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้จัดการโครงการในบริษัทก่อสร้าง - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับรายงานและเอกสารของญี่ปุ่น) - สามารถเดินทางออกนอกกรุงเทพฯ ได้ในช่วงกลางวันเพื่อไปสถานที่ (ปราจีนบุรี ระยอง ชลบุรี) มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นหรือบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ ทักษะด้านภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : BTS ช่องนนทรี เวลาทำงาน : 8:00-17:00 น.
