Job Description
QA Assistant Manager (55K–70K) (SDG-117500) <Job responsibilities> - To handle and control the performance of the following QA/QC department (All processes since supplier / outsourced till customer) to achieve the company's targets. - Performing to control any assigned job the kind to QA/QC such as incoming, In-Process, Outgoing, etc. (Quality level of supplier & Customer). - Analyze the customer complaints and evaluate the Feedback for improvement and customer satisfaction. - Ensure good customer relationships and to Make sure that all customer requirements are satisfied with a quick and effective response. - Investigate vendor and supplier quality issues - Implementing and maintaining all quality control procedures from the incoming inspection of material to the in-process control in production until the final control of finished goods before shipment to the customer by the company’s quality control stand - Following up on any non-conformity problems relating to components with suppliers and Coordinating with their QC / QA teams to identify appropriate corrective actions. - Following up on any customer quality complaints and defining suitable corrective actions with the concerned Department and/or suppliers. - Providing training to the quality auditors about quality control procedures. - Recommending improvements to processes and/or quality control procedures to improve quality and Follow up on internal company audits. - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree ・Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any other related field ・At least 8 years experience in quality control and assurance roles in the Automotive industries ・At least 2 years experience in management ・Conversational-high level of English to communicate with overseas suppliers <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in the Japanese company ・Have knowledge of related ISO is an advantage Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 55,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive harness (assembled wire) components Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
