QA & QC manager (Department Head) (30K–50K) (SDG-117707) <Job responsibilities> Overall - Management of the Quality Assurance function. - Controlling risk at the point of QA/QC among all company's business activities. - Promote understanding and dissemination about QA/QC among all staff. - Responsible for OEM business projects from a QA/QC point of view - Update the latest information about Thailand's Food and Drug Administration standard - Update foreign country's food regulations with company partner - Nurture QC/QA staff in company to have the office a stable and effective function. QA - Defining Quality standards and Controlling processes (including rules) in company business. - Documentation and standardization of procedures needed for Quality Assurance, including factory audit procedures. - Review and improvement of work process - Training and educating staff QC - Implement factory audit for supplier and customer. - Analyse issues that occurred or based on audit results and conduct correct actions. - Effectiveness test for QA procedures.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within the food industry. - Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, FDA, etc.) and quality control techniques. - Skill for Quality control duties in Food factory. - Factory audit Skill - Capability to construct Quality accordance system and Quality control rules - Conversational high or business in English to communicate with internal, supplier, and customer. - Strong Problem-Solving skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to communicate in Japanese.
