QA Supervisor (Ayutthaya) (30K–35K) (SDG-118048) <Job responsibilities> - Issue corrective action “8D” (Eight Disciplines Problem Solving) requests as needed. - Evaluate the results of “8D” responses as to the acceptability of corrective action. - Interact with external customers and internal customers. - Perform internal audits and Support customer Audit. - Customer information collection(PPM (Parts Per Million), SSC (Supplier Selection Criteria), information) and coordinate improvement activities. - Supporting 3MIS ( 3 Management Information Systems ) and Warranty. - Monitor and Evaluate the Supplier performance - Information on the Supplier performance and announcement to suppliers such as PPM, KSSC, and Alarm Letter include an improvement activity. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field - At least 3 years experience as QA in Automotive industry - At least 1 years in senior or supervisor level with supordinates - knowledge in product quality management and production control of raw Materials in Automotive part - Conversation high in English level to Communicate with internal, Japanese Supplier and use with email and documents - Good Computer skills in Outlook and MS Excel - Good Eyesight (not color blind). - Thoughtful, patient, and able to coordinate - Able to Work overtime (Depending on situation) - Able to Work under pressure and independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Manufacturing (Especially in Automotive (Plastic parts) Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday and Saturday depends on company calendar) About the Benefits 30,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
