Quality Assurance (Plastic) (20K–25K) (SDG-118189) <Job responsibilities> - Conduct in-process and final product inspections of plastic bottles/containers - Monitor quality parameters such as material strength, sealing integrity, dimensional accuracy, color, and visual appearance. - maintain and update QA documentation including inspection records, Test results, and quality reports. - Claim Support, Supplier quality improvement. - Inspect, Test, and measure new products - measure significant products with calipers, micrometers, rulers, or gauges - Discuss inspection outcomes with the Responsible team or person - Remove the products that do not meet desired specifications - Assist in internal and external audits and Support continuous improvement initiatives - other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering). - At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC, Production Control in the Chemical/Materials manufacturing or packaging industry. - Conversational low level of English (for documentation) - Computer literacy (Microsoft program) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese Manufacturing - Experience in the Manufacturing company of plastic bottle or container Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Ayutthaya / Rojana Industrial Park Working Hour: 8:00-17:40(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 20,000–25,000THB About the company Product & Service: Plastic packaging Business Type: Rubber / Resin / Plastic;Packaging;
