<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
- Make and organize shifts for restaurant employee
- Provide superior guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Responsible for table reservation
- Respond to customer questions and complaints
- Manage restaurant supplies, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with supplier for ingredients order
- HR task such as recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll
- Create Daily Report for Management Team
- Other duties assigned by MD

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years as restaurant supervisor
- Good English communication skill
- Good command in Excel and MS Word
- Person who can work under pressure and multitask
- Good people management skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences as restaurant supervisor from Japanese restaurant
- Be able to communicate with Japanese
- Can communicate in Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลการดำเนินงานร้านอาหารทั้งหมด
- จัดทำและจัดระเบียบกะสำหรับพนักงานร้านอาหาร
- ให้บริการแขกที่เหนือกว่าเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แขก
- รับผิดชอบการจองโต๊ะ
- ตอบคำถามและข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- จัดการอุปกรณ์ร้านอาหาร คาดการณ์ความต้องการ และรักษาสินค้าคงคลัง
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier เพื่อสั่งวัตถุดิบ
- งาน HR เช่น การสรรหา การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน เงินเดือน
- สร้างรายงานประจำวันสำหรับทีมผู้บริหาร
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าร้านอาหาร
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel และ MS Word ได้ดี
- ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและทำงานหลายอย่างได้
- ทักษะการบริหารคนที่ดี
