Rotary Technician (20K – 40K) (SDG-109185) ช่างเทคนิคเครื่องจักรโรตารี่ Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for setting up the machine and changing the cutting head equipment of the Rotary Die Cut machine according to proper setting techniques. • Conduct quality checks. Cutting equipment to ensure that the product meets the required size and has no material defects. • Solve problems when there are problems with machinery and cutting equipment. • Make sure all hardware and cutters are positioned and secure and inspect the raw material for damage before and after each cut. • Inspect all cutter head equipment before and after cutting to ensure that necessary repairs have been made before the next cut. • Read CAD drawings and die files, check quality, read work orders including correct dimensions. According to customer ordering requirements. • Take care of and maintain and clean cutting machines and equipment so that they can be used efficiently. • Provide knowledge and training to production employees to be able to use the machine, set up the machine and the Die Cut (Rotary) cutting head equipment for effective use. • Follow quality policy, environmental policy. and work regulations of the company • Perform other related duties as needed. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • รับผิดชอบในการตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์หัวตัดของเครื่องตัดแบบโรตารี่ตามเทคนิคการตั้งค่าที่เหมาะสม • ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ อุปกรณ์ตัดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์มีขนาดตามต้องการและไม่มีข้อบกพร่องของวัสดุ • แก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ตัด • ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าฮาร์ดแวร์และเครื่องตัดทั้งหมดอยู่ในตำแหน่งและยึดให้แน่น และตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบว่ามีความเสียหายก่อนและหลังการตัดแต่ละครั้ง • ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์หัวตัดทั้งหมดก่อนและหลังการตัดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการซ่อมแซมที่จำเป็นก่อนการตัดครั้งต่อไป • อ่านแบบ CAD และไฟล์แม่พิมพ์ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ อ่านใบสั่งงานรวมถึงขนาดที่ถูกต้อง ตามความต้องการในการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า • ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และทำความสะอาดเครื่องตัดและอุปกรณ์เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ • ให้ความรู้และฝึกอบรมแก่พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตให้สามารถใช้เครื่องจักร ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์หัวตัด Die Cut (Rotary) ให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ • ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายคุณภาพ นโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อม และระเบียบการทำงานของบริษัท • ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็น
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 22-35 years • Male only • Education from High school or high diploma level. • At least 1 year work experience as CNC technician, Rotary technician in steel manufacturing industry.
