Safety & Environment Section Chief

หัวหน้าฝ่ายความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support plan to comply with safety, health and environment rule and regulations, responsible for 5s activity.
• Proceed on safety activity to provide safety, health and environment.
• Support manage general management concerning Safety, Quality System ISO 14001.
• Responsible for control education and training schedule for all employee.
• Perform Professional safety duties as per required by safety law.
• Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs.
• Other task as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-38 years
• Bachelor's degree in Occupation Health and Safety or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Safety & Environment from any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Leader or Supervisor level about Safety & Environment from any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience in Japanese big company before (Company scale : more than 400 employee)
• Have Safety Professional license
• Have knowledge about 5s, ISO 14001
• Advance conversation low level of English
• Have Hazardous Substances license (บฉ.)

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday working : Average once in a month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•แผนสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตามกฎและข้อบังคับด้านความปลอดภัยสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมรับผิดชอบกิจกรรม 5ส
•ดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม
•สนับสนุนการจัดการการจัดการทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยระบบคุณภาพ ISO 14001
•รับผิดชอบควบคุมการศึกษาและตารางการฝึกอบรมสำหรับพนักงานทุกคน
•ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างมืออาชีพตามที่กฎหมายความปลอดภัยกำหนด
•ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อม
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-38 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมจากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Leader หรือ Supervisor เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมจากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทใหญ่ของญี่ปุ่นมาก่อน (ขนาดบริษัท : พนักงานมากกว่า 400 คน)
•มีใบอนุญาตวิชาชีพด้านความปลอดภัย
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ 5s, ISO 14001
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีใบอนุญาตวัตถุอันตราย (บฉ.)
