Sales Admin (Chinese Speaking) (25K–30K) (SDG-116215)
<Job responsibilities>
During the initial training phase, you will be based in Singapore for 1-2 weeks each month, for around the first 3-4 months. And you will be working in Thailand to coordinate and communicate with the Singapore branch, customers of the Singapore branch, and the Factory in Thailand in Chinese and English
- Providing admin. Support to a Sales team
- Managing customer orders and maintaining Sales Data
- Coordinator with customer and factory
- Check purchase order and delivery schedule
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring smooth delivery of products
- Preparing various documents, such as invoices

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years as Sales Coordinator
- Conversational high level of English ( to Communicate with customers via email and verbal)
- Business Level or Conversational High in Chinese ( To communicate with Customers via Email and verbal), HSK 4+ is a must
- Able to travel to Work abroad to Singapore during the training period (company Support for hotel and airplane ticket including business trip allowance)
