เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขายและการตลาด (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) 1 คน
<Job responsibilities>
- Create a list of properties inquired about by customers
- Preliminary inspection of new properties
- Take photos of new properties to post on the Website
- Update the information about properties on the Website
- Correspondence with property owners
- Prepare leaflets for sales marketing
- Primary response to customer inquiries
- Prepare contract documents
- Other tasks as assigned
**When going to a property, you will go by company car ,train or public transportation
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สร้างรายการทรัพย์สินที่ลูกค้าสอบถาม
- การตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นของทรัพย์สินใหม่
- ถ่ายรูปทรัพย์สินใหม่เพื่อโพสต์บนเว็บไซต์
- อัปเดตข้อมูลอสังหาฯ บนเว็บไซต์
- การติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าของทรัพย์สิน
- จัดทำแผ่นพับเพื่อการตลาดการขาย
- ตอบสนองเบื้องต้นต่อการสอบถามลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารสัญญา
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
**เดินทางด้วยรถยนต์บริษัท รถไฟ หรือระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Conversional high level of Japanese(N3 up)
・Conversional level of English
・2 years of working experience using Japanese at a Japanese company as a sales support or sales
** Fresh graduates are welcomed
・PC skills to use Microsoft without problems
・People who are active and willing to go to see properties.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have working experience in the real estate industry

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo
Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Monday-Friday, Saturday: 1st and 3rd Saturday, Work in Office 100%)
