Sales (Assistant Staff Level) (23K–28K) (SDG-109282) ผู้ช่วยเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย <Job responsibilities> - Maintain sales (Mostly work in office), in case of Visiting client outside, company with driver is provided. - Calculate price correctly and on due date and explain to customer as assign under supervision. - Documents, Participate in various internal and external meeting, create meeting minutes and report to concerned parties. - To coordinate with concerned parties to response to customer’s requests. - Support communication with other regions for meeting and ordering - Collect a various data and information and report to concerned parties. - Corporate and provide a various support as assign. - To follow company’s rules and understand and act according to division, team and individual targets which related to management’s vision and policy. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลการขาย (ส่วนใหญ่ทำงานในออฟฟิศ) กรณีไปเยี่ยมลูกค้าภายนอก บริษัทฯ จะมีพนักงานขับรถให้ - คำนวณราคาให้ถูกต้องและตรงตามกำหนดเวลาและอธิบายให้ลูกค้าทราบตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายภายใต้การกำกับดูแล - เอกสารต่างๆ เข้าร่วมประชุมภายในและภายนอก จัดทำบันทึกการประชุม และรายงานต่อฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อตอบสนองต่อคำขอของลูกค้า - สนับสนุนการติดต่อสื่อสารกับภูมิภาคอื่นๆ เพื่อการประชุมและการสั่งซื้อ - รวบรวมข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ และรายงานให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ - องค์กรและให้การสนับสนุนต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของบริษัท และเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามแผนก ทีม และ เป้าหมายรายบุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายของฝ่ายบริหาร
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 25 years old - Bachelor's degree with At least 6 months experience as Sales (Automotive/ Auto Parts) - Conversational High in English (Equivalent to TOEIC 550 scores up) - Computer literacy Able to use Excel - Vlookup & Pivot table - Good Personality, negotiation and communication skill - Good Personality, basic negotiation skills , effective communication skills <Prefer Skill / Experience> - Having TOEIC 700-800 score or over - Direct sales Experience of Wire Harness - Able to join early or short notice - Bachelor's degree in marketing field Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phra Khanong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00((Mon-Fri) <Saturday Working: Depend on calendar's company: around 8 days per year> WFH 1 day/ week, Flexible working hour (after probation): 7:30-10.00 and run for 8 hours) About the Benefits 23,800–28,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive wire harness Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 22 - 25 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์งานขาย (ยานยนต์/อะไหล่รถยนต์) อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน - สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี (TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป) - มีความรู้ทางคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้ Excel - Vlookup & Pivot table ได้ - บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการเจรจาและการสื่อสาร - ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองขั้นพื้นฐาน ทักษะการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ <ต้องการทักษะ / ประสบการณ์> - มีคะแนน TOEIC 700-800 ขึ้นไป - ประสบการณ์ขายตรง Wire Harness - สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ตั้งแต่เนิ่นๆ หรือแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ - วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : BTS พระโขนง เวลาทำงาน: 8.00-17.00 น.
