Sales Associate (Central World) (18K–21K) (SDG-113112) พนักงานขาย (เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์) 1 คน <Job responsibilities> - Ensure that every customer is treated according to the company mission. - Maintain stock operation and cashier. - Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards. - Maintain effective communication channels with customers Ex. telephone, email, company Line, and Facebook. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Deal with all issues that arise from customers. (complaints, etc.) - Support other tasks if there are any requested. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านได้รับการปฏิบัติตามพันธกิจของบริษัท - ดูแลสต๊อกสินค้าและแคชเชียร์ - รักษามาตรฐานการจัดแสดงสินค้าในร้านและการจัดแสดงสินค้า - รักษาช่องทางการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพกับลูกค้า เช่น โทรศัพท์, อีเมล, Line บริษัท และ Facebook - มุ่งมั่นสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้าด้วยการบริการที่เป็นเลิศ - รับมือกับทุกปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากลูกค้า (ข้อร้องเรียน ฯลฯ) - สนับสนุนงานอื่น ๆ หากมีการร้องขอ
Job Requirement
