Sales Coordinator (Knit Fabrics ) (17K–22K) (SDG-104289) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายประสานงานขาย (ผ้าถัก) <Job responsibilities> - Issue PI and tracking orders with factory and customers. - Communicate and negotiate with foreign customers. - Manage with fabric hangers, samples, color lab dip, test report, etc. - Plan and handle with export shipment and delivery plan. - Handle documents e.g., quotation, invoice, claims, etc. - Support sales team for other tasks. - Commute to factory by company car 2-3 times a week. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ออก PI และติดตามคำสั่งซื้อกับโรงงานและลูกค้า - สื่อสารและเจรจากับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ - จัดการอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เช่น ตัวอย่างผ้า การจุ่มสีในห้องปฏิบัติการ รายงานผลการทดสอบ ฯลฯ - วางแผนและจัดการกับการส่งออกและแผนการจัดส่ง - จัดการเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบกำกับสินค้า การเคลม ฯลฯ - สนับสนุนทีมขายในงานอื่นๆ - เดินทางไปโรงงานโดยรถยนต์ของบริษัท สัปดาห์ละ 2-3 ครั้ง
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 27 years old - Bachelor's degree - Have 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator. - Fresh graduates are welcomed - Having good English communication skills. (Communication with the Japanese Director and email to Japanese client). - Having good computer skills would be an advantage. (Excel, Power BI, Pivot). - Having basic sales and negotiation skills. - Possess attention to detail and a can-do attitude. - Willing to work with plenty of documents. - Able to handle pressure shipment and delivery plans. - Willing to work as a team and, in a production environment. < Preferable > - Toeic 600 up. - Experience in fabric business.
