Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking) (35K–50K) (SDG-101284) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาจีน) <Job responsibilities> ・Find new potential Chinese clients (have some existing clients to maintain) (Clients mainly located around the industrial area: Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, etc.) ・Communicate with clients and supplier in Japan and overseas via Email and phone in English or Chinese ・Coordinate with related departments regarding order number and delivery schedule. ・Take care of Sales documents such as Invoice, Quotation etc. (No Sales Support) ・Make a proposal, present company products and negotiate cost with clients. ・Other related tasks as assigned **Have to visit client by driving your own car <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・ค้นหาลูกค้าชาวจีนรายใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ (มีลูกค้าเดิมที่ต้องดูแล) (ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่ตั้งอยู่รอบเขตอุตสาหกรรม: ชลบุรี อยุธยา ปทุมธานี ฯลฯ) ・สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ในญี่ปุ่นและต่างประเทศผ่านทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีน ・ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและกำหนดการส่งมอบ ・ดูแลเอกสารการขาย เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสนอราคา ฯลฯ (ไม่มีการสนับสนุนการขาย) ・จัดทำข้อเสนอ นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท และเจรจาต้นทุนกับลูกค้า ・งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย **ต้องไปพบลูกค้าด้วยการขับรถส่วนตัว
