Sales Executive (Construction) (40K–50K) (SDG-117092)
<Job responsibilities>
- Identify and engage Data centers, airport authorities, general contractors, architects, and facility managers as potential customers
- Develop and maintain Strong relationships with clients
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and consultative Sales discussions with clients
- Understand client needs and provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Collaborate with related teams to develop customized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, construction regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare documents and reports as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales in the construction industry, Construction specification, or Interior in any industry.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
- Conversational high level of English (Overseas supplier, clients, Speaking, Writing)
- Have personal car and a valid driver's license.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Hands-on experience in roofing, ceiling solutions, or industrial construction materials.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and government tenders.
- Experience working with Thailand's Top Construction Companies

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
