<Number of employees: Total: 720 Local: 712 Japanese: 8 > <Report Line: Japanese sales manager> <Team Member: 12 persons *Marketing department *2 persons can use Japanese> <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: ：Metal pressing mold, Metal parts for electric appliances, OA equipments and automobiles> <Clients: Aoutmobile, Appliances OEM company> <Saturday Working: every other Saturday> <Position Objective/Expectation > - Be able to prepare quotations for metalworking and report to Japanese boss in Japanese. <Job Responsibilities> - Making some documents such as Quotation and invoice - Order Management (Follow up order from customer, Create order summary etc.) - Internal Coordination (Delivery date, Amount etc.) - Various Coordination and support with customer (Quotation, Inquiry etc.) - Assist and support to superior to co-ordinate and follow up for any issues to meet customer’s requirement. - Report to Japanese manager of sales - Visit costumers by themself - Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Ability to read metalworking drawings (as metalworking drawings need to be read at the time of making the quotation). - Conversational middle level of Japanese - Able to read CAD - Have one's car - At least 3 years of experience in sales support or sales or Engineer in any industry - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineer or any related filed <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Person who can commute or relocate to Chacheongsao - Experience in QA and CMM
